Virus blocked access to USB Ports no problem here is a solution

One guy asked me how to do so
Open Registry Editor
by Windows key then regedit.exe and search
Browse to the following key 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBTOR
Go to it and u will find a key named as START 
click on it and change value from 3 to 4
andd your done
